ZEDRA to integrate Integra
December 3, 2018

ZEDRA, a global provider of trust, corporate and fund services, announces today that it has acquired the JP Integra Group.

JP Integra is a Cayman-based provider of fund, corporate and trustee services. ZEDRA says it has particular expertise in assisting international private, institutional and sovereign clients with all aspects of structuring and operating structures for joint ventures, wealth management, asset protection and collective investments.

ZEDRA says that the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to complete in the first half of 2019, will substantially increase its capabilities in providing the most appropriate structuring and administrative solutions to its international clients.

On completion, JP Integra's operations will be rebranded and fully integrated within ZEDRA, and all members of staff from the two offices will form a single team on the island. Peter Cockhill of JP Integra will be the Managing Director of the combined office and the Directors of both ZEDRA and JP Integra will remain in their current roles.
