Société Générale has been mandated to provide additional asset services to CNP Assurance, the leading personal insurer in France, which has operations in Europe and South America. New services include the independent valuation of the insurer's portfolio of complex and structured interest rate products.
Since 2007, SG has been providing CNP Assurance with valuation services for hybrid and equity structured products. This new mandate will use a common database with CNP Assurance to share the pay-offs description analysis, the choice of models as well as the methods for the distribution of reporting.
